The decision to significantly extend the warranty period is an expression of the high-quality standards that KEMARO sets for its products. It applies not only to all devices delivered in the future, but also retroactively to GEN II models already installed in the field. This means that both existing and new customers benefit from long-term protection - a clear commitment to partnership-based thinking and sustainable customer care.

The extended warranty at a glance:

• Service life: 3 years or 5,000 operating hours - whichever is reached first

• Coverage: All main components, including battery and motors

• Exceptions: Typical wear parts such as brushes, filters, rubber lips, seals, wheels and drive disks

• Prerequisite: Regular, professional maintenance by KEMARO or authorized sales partners
